About Me

My name is Elizabeth/Liz Clow. I am a Public Relations major and a Food Studies Minor at Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island. I live in Boscawen, New Hampshire, but live in Rhode Island during most months of the year. I went to grade school in Boscawen, New Hampshire, and graduated from Merrimack Valley High School in Penacook, New Hampshire. As a college student beginning my career, my goal in my career is to be able to eventually host or cater events and put together extravagant food and snacks for clients. Recently, to push myself out of my comfort zone, I joined the CCC (Center for Corporate Communications) in Providence, Rhode Island. I am on a team with three other women who are
advocating and putting a campaign together for the Women’s Fund of Rhode Island. Being able
to manage real cases and clients is an excellent step into the next chapter of my professional
career. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, hosting, and mostly anything outdoors. I’m a great
communicator, and work collaboratively to meet and exceed goals in a team.
